Here is a story: I moved to the US last year. I’m based in the midwest, and I have been designing for years. My English is Ok. I am strong on visuals. I’m ok with UX and hierarchy. I’m a beast when it comes to the front end and working in within design systems, pushing my code directly to Git, etc. I’m aiming for an IT or cyber security company. In a good week, I have 5-10 interviews, but I don’t pass the hiring manager. Why? Afraid communication is a problem. Please advice.

Have a Salesforce culture question. On the spectrum of passive / indirect to direct, where does Salesforce fall in relation to internal communication style used by most employees?

I’ve struggled with indirect or passive aggressive communication styles in the past and am evaluating an opportunity with Salesforce.

How do you set boundaries when your boss is a workaholic? My manager implies that if you don't work an extra 10-15 hours a week, you're somehow slacking. It's killing my WLB but I don't know how to bring it up without it painting me in a poor light with him.
