But TCS HR is saying that offer rollout is now frozen till 31st December and it will open on 2nd January,2023 and then he will immediately send the offer letter. He has given guarantee for that. Should I wait for TCS? Looking at the coming recession situation I am confused where to join. CTC almost same for both. Track is Identity and Access Management and experience is 4.5 years.

I’m talking to a guy, we were friends first, & he’s tough to get emotionally close to. He told me he isn’t seeing anyone else but he gets so bogged down with work (& depression too) that he just stays in for awhile. We have great chemistry, same weird humor, talk every day, & just get along super well.
He is hard to get together with though. I want to think it’s his depression & nothing to do with me.
