I’d go to industry at this point or a specialty boutique. I don’t agree with staying two years if you feel you’re not growing. Especially if this is your first job, you can jump now and basically start over vs. waiting 2 years where you may have a harder time doing that and or waste time staying an extra year to only go back to the beginning

Yes bad. Don't jump wait for 2 at minimum
You can leave early. I am leaving early, but I would strongly advise against going to another consultancy. Would be better to go to a vendor or corporate first
