Can anyone tell me what the salary range is for Monitor Deloitte senior consultants in the UAE? Also I have a SC offer from PwC healthcare (not strategy &) and currently also interviewing with Monitor so according to you all which of the two is better across WLB, growth, culture, quality? Thanks!

Sadly...publicis benefits are amazing. I really miss them and have considered leaving my new job after only two months because my healthcare is so much more expensive. It's eating into most of my $15k salary increase from changing jobs. If you change jobs, make sure you run the math on premiums, deductibles and out of pockets. I did, tried negotiating more $ to compensate and was turned down. I'm regretting that now.
@SeniorDirector1 It really, really doesn't. Don't believe everything people with political agendas tell you.
Canada health care sucks too
Omnicoms healthcare is far better. Literally half the price. As a father I am paying $15k more for the family plan every year than I did at an Omnicom agency. And yes, that ate up my entire pay increase. Mother fuckers. And I asked to review our healthcare payment structure before joining and wasn't given the whole picture and was clearly lied to about it.
I'm Canadian. It sucks. When you factor in the tax difference between the USA and Canada, and add in total costs, Canada is well behind, especially for major procedures.
If you put the tax differential into an HSA, you'll be living like a king in the States.
@SD1, are you kidding me? My emergency appendectomy cost me $60, including the drugs I needed after. Had I been in the States, that would've been thousands I don't have. Had I wanted fancy shit like a single room etc sure that'd be more, but I got what I NEEDED for "free" (yes I'm aware we all pay taxes towards healthcare - thanks gang!)
Omnicom is meh.
