Base - $173K

Remote role in New Jersey

Offer in from Deloitte with their SAP practice working in the federal space sr consultant for 120k yearly, 13% bonus potential goals met. Remote role for now living in rural Michigan. 3 YOE in consulting, prior end user SAP exp 10 years. Any thoughts?

I tested the waters (currently at $105 base)and got offered a position making $125k base +10% comm up to $500k in atty fees that goes to 15% after half a mil in fees. The work is in first party plaintiff (same field im in now). My boss is desperate. He offered to up my base from 105 to 150 and up my EOY bonus to 10k. 200k base salary guaranteed next year in writing if I stay & named partner. some equity the year after.l if I stay. He is a lunatic though. I’m in south Florida. Thoughts on moving?
