And for you to think I can’t perform or Im giving subpar deliverables is ableist. Im dyslexic, not dumb. I have a lot of spelling errors but I’m able to tell a story just as good as anyone else and describe interactions between complex systems. Visually and verbally, everything is there (architecture diagrams, process flows, etc) Im good at my job, Im not good at spelling.
Sorry to hear that you’re struggling with this. Do you have some specific accommodations that you’re looking for? Have you filed a ticket with Talent requesting that, or requesting support in determining what can work if you don’t know?
