The guy told me what their stack is, and how many openings are there.
And he wrapped up the call.
He didn't mention anything, like hr will be connecting with you, or if there will be any more rounds.

Law schools in Toronto - I am currently working as a Senior Auditor at EY & finished my CPA modules in less than 12 months & successfully passed CFE, September 2021 (Fasttrack) while working full time. I am really interested in getting into a top law school here in Toronto but unfortunately I had a low CGPA (3.15) from undergrad due to some unfortunate incident, mostly impacted my grades. I strongly feel i can score 170+ on LSAT; question DO I EVEN STAND A CHANCE TO GET INTO ANY LAW SCHOOL

What are first year reviews usually like? Are they supposed to be more constructive criticism heavy? I had my first annual review and it felt mixed. Started off with high praise about my work but ended with a lot of feedback on places I need to improve. Is that normal?

I’m a 4th year and my partner let’s me run smaller cases but still not letting me run the largest cases in the firm, but I’m not sure when I should be running independent

Still relatively new at my firm. At my prior biglaw firm, everything had to go through partner review. The partners here say they trust me and tell me to send stuff out without their review (they’re also swamped). Based on all the comments on here about even first years taking on a lot of work, I guess this is normal. But anyone else have a lot of anxiety that they missed something?
