I work for Infosys as a Systems Engineer and I barely have experience in coding. I was trained on the Appian LCNC tool(BPM Apps developer). Now I'm mapped to some other project related to "Outsystems". I'm a bit worried about these Low code tools. Is it worth investing time for 3 years in this technology?

Easy: Apply and see what they offer. Don't forget to ask for more money.
What they said!^^ Just remember that you can apply to jobs, interview, ask all those questions, doso all in private while still at your job. And its not like you even need to accept an offer. Test those waters, it won't affect your current job!
I was so scared until I did it. I have applied to a few different jobs "in private"in the past few years just to see what the benefits and hours/pay would be.
Get a job offer and negotiate to ensure it’s higher than your current pay with bonuses…have that be the deciding factor ir you want to leave.
Generally speaking you will get paid more even if you leave and come back to the same facility. You could always try a different department within your health system as well!
I’ve wondered if hourly is negotiable much for nurses. Most are structured as steps or years experience. So a job might say 40-60 based on experience. I’m pretty new to the field but wonder if hourly is negotiable. I know sign on bonuses are but it seems like they are rigid for pay, you get what step you are at kind of deal. Any advice for negotiation on hourly?
You can sometimes find their current contract, but yeah apply get an offer and you’ll know the pay and benefits.
I recruit locum CRNA’s as a career and I can say that considering the wide variety of options in the marketplace is crucial. Talk to an agency with a good reputation and consider a local “travel” assignment to make more money. Many of my partnered providers make $100 more per hour closer to home just because they chose to work with an agency and be a 1099 advanced practice nurse. I am more than happy to explore this more with you!
