Thinking of a 1-week solo trip around 12/15-12/22. Flexible travel dates but need to be back before Christmas.
I’d appreciate any recommendation from fellow solo travelers.

What’re your interests? Does weather matter? Domestic or international? Around where in the States are you located? I assume price isn’t an option given the timing? You’ve given us nothing to work with here, but I’ll suggest Mexico City because of its rich culture, warm weather, and proximity to the U.S.

I feel like I should wear a shirt to work that says “read your assistants emails before asking questions”. One of my bosses asked for a travel change and I sent them the times and prices per class types.
Their next three emails? Answered one question per email. So after they said time I asked which class, they asked the prices (which I copy pasted from the previous message) and then they asked if the prices were less for the other flights, and then they chose one. Five hours later. READ!

Met a guy on Grindr who was visiting my city for the week. We had dinner Friday night. Met up again Sat afternoon and spent a full 24 hours together. Enough in common to keep the conversation going, not get on my nerves, and enough chemistry to be attracted too. Is the next step plan a trip and hang out again for a day or two? I acknowledge jumping to anything more serious than travel buddies would be challenging and unlikely given the distance. Thoughts?

4. Basic tech (sso, remote login etc)
5. Amenities (food and travel)
Lastly they hand out goodies - nothing but a bag with diary and pen

Any strategists in Seoul, South Korea? Would love to connect during my trip on December!

Hi, I'm an employee at a hotel chain who works remotely. I've been working remotely for over a year now and I love it! The company I work for is very supportive of remote workers, which is great.

But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.

How has travel been for Strategy & Consulting? Pre covid and current?

While I was helping an intern with an excel formula I told them to lock the references using F4. Since they were working on a laptop that has special function keys I mentioned to her that they would have to press the fn key and the f4 key at the same time.

Well they pressed alt+f4 instead of fn+f4 and proceeded to lose their work:) fun days

Question for paid search experts who have big agency experienc (e.g. big 4, dentsu, etc.) - is it considered standard to use SKAG instead of STAG, and use alpha/beta structures?...even with the changes Google has made to phrase and exact match? The various agencies I've worked at (small agencies) never use that method.

If you were interviewing someone from a small agency and they said they didn't use those types of account structures, would you think they were inexperienced?
