Thinking of a switch to Guidehouse, What kind of projects do you do? What's the WLB like?

Lately I’ve been waking up feeling like I don’t want to do anything. Feeling tired from lack of sleep/not great sleep and I feel like I’m behind on work, sometimes even when I’m not necessarily behind. Could be bc we have a baby and “down time” is no longer the same. Anyone ever feel like this? What made you feel better?

Offer 1 from tcs for 14.49 LPA
Offer 2 from infosys for 10.5 LPA
Can I negotiate with infosys with tcs offer and ask for more and how much should I ask infosys .

Hello, I just received an offer with Chase for the Relationship Banker position with the pay rate of 50k yr + commission. Do you think it is a fair pay rate or I can negotiate for more? Also, they just mentioned to me at pre offer step that if I quit or change within the first year or two, I will have to pay for the lincenses' fee. Does anyone know how much would it be for the fee? And also am I still able to keep the licenses if I leave?

I am having 6 and half YOE. Techstack is front end development mostly on Angular. Currently working at a product based organization. I joined this org 8 months ago. This job has really stressed me out and I am on the verge of a burn out. I am considering quitting and taking a break for two months. Question. What do we think would happen if men and women all competed together? I know in many sports, the best men are going to be up there. But it’s not like we can’t keep track of overall winners and winners by division. I read up on some history and it seems like women’s sports only appeared after women started beating most of the men.
