- Gaps in employment are important and are usually always discussed during interview
- Short spells with a past employer will be followed up on if not discussed during interview
- Soft skills are just as admirable as the usual hard/tech skills listed in your past employment
- A naturally driven and competent candidate could outshine their lack of experience

Want to know whether companies like Google, Facebook, and Microsoft accept guys who are working in companies like Infosys, TCS?

Crntly wrkng as a data scientist wth 10 LPA(YOE:5.8 yrs) nd got an offer from X org with 16 LPA(DOJ Oct 20th). (It's been a mnth bt I hvn't resigned from my crnt org), exptng another offer this week frm Y org with arnd 19 LPA.
If thngs go wrng wth Masters(Either wth univs or visa), I am plnning to hve a bckup wth any of offrs i hve. I mght get clrty by Nov last week reg masters. sgst me when to resign to hve win-win situtn?(crnt org NP:90 dys)

I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.

Company T is paying me way more (twice) than Company B. And I like company T more. However, they want me to start working in February if I get this position. If I end up getting the offer, I will have to quit my internship at Company B, almost immediately after I begin the internship.
