Hmm it seems your story would be important here. M7 isn’t out of the question based on these facts.

I know someone who attended Wharton with and another at Sloan with just 2 years.

I would highlight your growth within the two years, and why an MBA is necessary and appropriate at this point as opposed to waiting the average 5 years to apply. Why now, not later? Have you taken on any leadership positions? Have you been promoted sooner than others?

Looking at HBS 2020 Facebook group there are several consultants who graduated in 2015 or 2016

Was the 3.3 in a tough major or tough school? I would be a bit concerned the 760 with a 3.3 comes across as smart but lazy

Biomedical engineering at a top 10 undergrad (non-Ivy). I have taken on leadership positions, but will not be promoted any earlier than others since there's a standardized track for promotions that everyone must follow.

If you didn’t go to Harvard undergrad and only work at deloitte yeah it’s probably out of reach unless you’re a Native American woman. Get 2 more years. Not tryna be a dick just gotta be realistic about who you’re up against

I’m 27 and im at a juncture in my career. I’ve been in a job for eight months and plan to stay two years. After the two years is up I’ll choose to either go back to school for a MBA in Marketing (the industry im working in) or I’ll go work for another company. Are Marketing MBA’s worth it? I project my next job will pay $100-150k. Current $85k, and I let them lowball me because I liked the company. Would it make more sense to get a new job and just ride the market?
