Big fan of Nomos. Get one secondhand, let someone else eat the depreciation.

Looking at second-hand/gray for all three of these so depreciation will be eaten before I purchase!

I like the Baume. Blue goes with a lot and is fairly trendy right now.

Love the Nomos -- would try it in person though the lug to lug is larger than expected

Yeah I’ve tried one on before. I have a 7” wrist but definitely would go 35mm

I personally like the Baumatic. Really cool watch and a good value for money, especially second hand.
Nomos, for me, is something that feels like a young person (28 and under) or woman's watch. Maybe because thats the only people I've seen wearing them. Kinda neat, the style isn't me though.
Montblanc is cool, but their logo looks like a fuzzy poop emoji. Congrats, now you can't unsee it either. Ugliest logo / nameplate in all of watches, totally ruins it for me. The old one with the straight Montblanc text is nice.

Nomos for sure
Vacheron has a few good pieces that look like this. Check them out!
Check out the longines sector dial
Nomos 👍

Love the Baume / Nomos but if you like the Baume, I don’t think it’ll be hard to match to outfits. Blue is effectively a neutral color and goes with a lot more than you think. I would recommend getting an additional brown or grey strap as I think the black strap will actually be harder to coordinate than the blue dial.

There’s a white dial baumatic too

For some reason the white doesn’t speak to me compared to the blue.

Just for other peoples benefit in case also interested in these pieces:
1.) Baume & Mercier Clifton Baumatic
2.) Nomos Ludwig 35mm
3.) Montblanc Heritage Chronometrie GMT
If you wanna add one to your list look at Frederick Constant for entry level price. Other go with the B&M much more established watch brand
Pro
None really speak to me and agree with others to look at Longines.

Unpopular opinion but that Mont Blanc is the best looking. It’s overpriced for the movement, though.
Baumatic all the way!
Nomos for sure. Definitely the most respected watch brand out of those 3
Have the white Baume - absolutely love it, highly recommend.
Not sure if you're into Vintage pieces but take a look at thosewatchguys on Instagram! They've got a great collection of vintage to neo-modern leather strap pieces. Vintage seamaster's, universal geneve, iwc
But love the Nomos.
