Curious if anyone knows what a first-year associate at Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management will make post-MBA? Would be on the private wealth advisor track coming from an M7. My understanding was that base salary is the same as IB, but the bonus will be significantly less.
Any other details like signing bonus, stub bonus, etc. is helpful too.

They are a one trick pony doing staff aug for a skillset that’s getting commoditized. So I would be weary of any promise of never ending growth.
If they really want you most firms are open to discuss covering some or all of your "exit costs" including accrued but not yet vested pension, options, etc. Just make sure you have all those #s at hand when "exit cost" and signing discussion comes up.
I recently considered moving to another B4 from mine. Based upon what I heard from others during my research, you would be leaving $60K-80K/year on table on average for the first 5 years and then in goes up to $80K-$100K per year. I decided not to take that job with other B4 eventually for other reasons.

Partner 3 spoken like someone who has lost to Slalom one too many times. I would disagree about the one trick pony comment. They have really evolved in the last 3 years and directly compete with us across all advisory work.
Agreed with P3. They are absent from most industries and their niche is something to be offshored.
Talk with people outside the recruiting process. I unfortunately know a couple of people who joined them only to find it very different from what they expected.
