I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?

Big pharma doesn’t pay great in terms of base comp. bonuses and stocks that’s where the cake is at.
WLB? What you smokin’ bro? This industry is full of insecure overachievers with so many diplomas and degrees to last a lifetime. MD, PHD, MBA, PharmD. Everyone has one. Bonuses are where it’s at if your drug is doing well and you are high up in the food chain. Otherwise expect measly salary increments with a small tradeoff in consulting hours.
I mean the company values employees well being in its truest sense. Having to work with client from EY and seeing how they value how many hours you work and asking you to take off and stuff shows that they value employee’s well being and WLB.
But yeah I’m sure it varies with diff companies and teams.
