Does anybody work for any of the 3 major airlines (Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, American Airlines)? Would love to learn more about what work is like at any of the airlines.
I did have an internship offer 2020 for one of the mentioned airlines, but covid canceled it, so I got my career start in a different industry.

Biggest factor for me would just be getting the F out of BAH!!
Agree with BAH-1. Former BAHer now at Deloitte and incredibly happy with that switch.
Pwc and Deloitte low ball the shit out of me, come to ACN!
Really disappointed with the culture at BAH as well as interesting project opportunities.
Three years. Made the move to commercial though since Booz Allen's re-entry into commercial was, ahem, slow...
KPMG! The strategy team is grown organically rather than through acquisition, which means all the people here actually want to be here and there's no weird cultural stuff going on (... Sorry strategy&, Monitor, Parthenon, ... )

@D3 I tried to get into BAH commercial but very few opportunities. Need. To. Get. Out. Of. Fed.

Be wary here, OP. I personally found PwC Culture > rest and the people I work with are usually pretty top notch.
I think we all want to make the switch, just waiting for an opportunity that is approachable and low-risk enough that we wouldn't land on our ass 4 months in.
Compensation mostly. PwC low balled me too but I couldn't be picky. It was higher than my industry job.
Deloitte over KPMG. Figure Deloitte on my resume should provide better exit opportunities down the road.
@D3 how long were you with BAH before switching?
Based on everything I've heard why would you do anything other than Deloitte S&O?
@D3 - did you move to S&O from BAH? Been thinking about the move to D for a while, does a clearance at D come with a decent compensation bump? BAH doesn't seem to care. Want to get into commercial regardless, just curious
Interned with PwC got full time offers @ very big 4. I chose PwC because I had already interned there. Go where you know the most amount of people or wherever your network is the strongest
People here are pretty biased. You gotta ask those who switched firms.
Deloitte - accepted, EY - weird start date and didn't like my interviewers, PwC - lower compensation offer
Yup. I've been at Deloitte for awhile now. It will be easier if your background provides a good basis for helping commercial clients.
