Thinking of shifting from client facing role to becoming an internal training and facilitator as part of the learning team. Any one make this transition before? How much of a pay cut could I expect?

Started a role in a brand new creative agency. ( brand new in this city but established in an another country)

The employer said I will be paid weekly but now after my first week, he said that they have to skip a week to align with the payroll.

And that he will be paying me from his personal account till they set up everything as a new business in the country.

Is that a legit process or do you reckon I start looking for a new job?

I've had 8 interviews: virtual on-site, team members, a case study presentation panel interview, a surprise chat w/the VP of CS. 2.5 months in the process... Called the recruiter today asking for final decisions, told we've hired a lot in the last qrtr, trying to work through finance and reorgs. I work as a worker’s compensation adjuster and I cannot seem to get the hand of loss of time. Been in the same role for a year. Any piece of advise? I have made several improvements but it feels like I’m dragging it out. Last question is how do you manage claims that you have not handle for months and you’re too scared to do anything.

Help! Where is prime going?
So I have a SoFi student loan with a variable rate which is like 3.35% right now. I can get a fixed rate of about 3.8% if I refinance. Have 4 yrs (45k) left on the loan but I plan to pay it off in the next 2 yrs by throwing everything I can at it. Back in the day, it was usually in the 5% range. Should I assume prime will stay low for the next two years, so my variable rate will stay low or refi and snag the 3.8% fixed? Feel free to use a magic 8 ball.
