Thinking of starting my own real estate company in MO. Does anyone know what the market out there is like?

The market for real estate in Missouri is doing well overall. However, it is becoming more and more competitive as the industry grows. There are a lot of new investors getting into the market, so it's important to have a strong strategy and a good team in place to be successful.

Interest rates not in your favor no matter what market. RE pricing still high so it’s hard to make a good ROI in the current market. What until after the winter to buy if discounts come but start doing due diligence to figure out what type of asset works best for you

It is a somewhat risky adventure, the Missouri market is strong for new real estate companies, there is a lot of competition and 3 large agencies occupy a large part of the market, I suppose you are from the area and you will have the tools and knowledge to hit the table, I wish you luck.

I recommend that you take a look at Web3, I don't know it first-hand but many marketers I know have gone to this sector and I am personally looking for information about it.

Take risks and commit to all MO, I wish you many successes and I know you will achieve it because the first step is to understand that you want your own business, it will go very well for you on your way.

I have been at my company for a little less than 4 years now. I’ve had the third highest sales last year out of a team of 50 and consistently the highest outbound calls per week. They told me I can start WFH once I hit $1mil in profit, but then rescinded right before I hit the goal. They have also denied simpler request like time off, when I know they have approved this before for others. I feel super unappreciated, but the money is great. I’m not sure if I should look elsewhere and start over?

I got laid off in January and have been trying to find a new job since. I keep making it to the phone interview and sometimes a second interview, but always get ghosted. It’s so disheartening.

I have too much experience for an internship, and I have too little to be the top choice for copywriter roles. I know I’m a good writer, I know what I’m capable of, but it’s so exhausting trying to convince people. They always like my book but it’s never enough to get the gig. What can I do?

Not sure how this bowl will work exactly, but we’ll figure it out - drop a message below to introduce yourself!

I have an offer to a commercial real estate company in hand. My current brokerage (residential focus) wants me to pay $3000 penalty since I’m breaking the contract and leaving. 3 tips I always give to first-time home sellers that make my work easier:

1. Try professional photos. You have one chance to impress possible buyers. Use it wisely.
2. Be flexible with home showings. Maybe your possible buyers won't appreciate your house's potential if there are dogs running around or too many people inside.
3. Respond promptly to a purchase offer. Some people don't have much time to wait for an answer. Be quick and responsive!
