I am conducting settlement negotiations by phone with opposing counsel (Plaintiff) tomorrow, for the first time. OC so far has been cordial and reasonable. We moved some celebs through the app and had a few hundred successful meet and greets that raised $10k+ (we donated it all to charity). My partners lost interest and no one is using the app anymore. The platform is loaded with functionality…I don’t want it to die and go to waste. What should I do?

So I could use some advice for my startup. We currently are putting finishing touches on our MVP. We don’t really have any users, but we’re not sure if we should first try to secure funding (without users) or build up the user base first then go for funding. How much value do VC’s place on users before funding and how many users would they like to see for preseed funding. Any feedback is appreciated.
