Such a personal decision. I'd only jump for a local based 80k bump with VP in the title. Others would jump for a pay cut because they hate consulting.
For a senior that seems good, but I would say at minimum 20% and ideally 30-40 all in if it's a smaller company.

Same conundrum- offered senior manager corp strategy, very laid back, 9 - 5pm - but max they can offer is 150...I make 170 + 30% bonus now but hate this job..what to do?

It's not just the extra money. It's the consulting annual raises which are often large.
