This allergy season has been brutal! Most of my patients aren't sure if it's COVID or just bad allergies!

Been really struggling with mental health issues for a long time - I feel like I’m begging for guidance/supervision and not getting any, and can’t get any support junior-wise either. I just get told I’m doing a “good job” but I’m pretty sure that’s just because no one is looking. If my company is deducting tax on reimbursements for example relocation, flight travel, mobile usage, etc. Then how to show in tax filing? bcoz as per my understanding it should not be taxable as I am using my money and company is refunding and no extra income. Am worried right now and have a different offer in pipeline (offer letter coming in 2days). Am thinking of leaving this organisation and join the other one even if they're offering less CTC.

Hello. I recently accepted a position as Assistant Nurse Manager at a busy Cancer Center in Brooklyn. I have leadership roles such as charge nurse over the 8 years I’ve been an RN so Ive never had an official management role. I have my BSN and OCN. The AVP agreed to match my current salary which is 6 figures because I refused to accept the salary he was offering for $5K less. Did I accept an unfair offer or should I expect that because of my lack of experience in management? Thanks

I’m supporting a mom who had a 2 month supply of breast milk in her freezer but the freezer stopped working at some point on Thursday after 5pm. I believe she shouldn’t re-freeze the milk at this point. She said the milk is cool but not frozen anymore. Do you have any suggestions please? Can she re-freeze it?
