Hi all. I have got an offer from EY for Manager position with a rank of 32 in financial risk consulting. I have relevant experience of 9 years in financial services (non-consulting though) and 3 years in IT before MBA (not relevant for this role).
Is the designation provided fair given the experience? Also, how do we find out the scale of the position (1, 2 or 3)?

I have been giving interviews for web automation roles since Feb and got my first offer on 1st March.
I have hands-on experience with only desktop based application automation using Vbscript, Shell script, Jenkins, JUnit, Docker and Azure.
I have acquired quite a good grasp on Selenium, Java, Rest Assured through online.

I work for a highly technical, small, precision measuring instruments manufacturing company (25 employees -10M revenue). I manage 8 distributors globally and handle all inbound inquiries/leads outside of Europe and Asia and do all of the engineer qual.
We recently got acquired by another group but is business as usual. I have a 75K base and 1% recognized revenue bonus paid quarterly. I can't afford to work here much longer. Besides looking for another job -- any tips on a raise negotiation?
