This consulting firm I am interviewing with requires a 3 hour interview session for round 2 and is completely inflexible on the date... are things normally this stringent? Seeming like a bit of a red flag to me

I’ve been at a startup for 6 months and feel like I want to quit. What should I state in interviews as the reason for looking into a new position? The company is not getting any new customers and I don’t believe in the CEO’s management style or vision…

I completed an initial phone screen and the 3rd party recruiter knew nothing about the details of the role. I had a list of questions and she only had the answer to one question. How is this okay? I went in there thinking I could gather good insight from the recruiter to better prepare for the next round.

I have one offer from Pune based company and yesterday I got another offer from Mumbai but before interview i told them that my expectations are 13.5 but yesterday in HR Round HR said our company has budget of only 10L and we can't give you 13.5. So my question is it good to accept the offer or should I ask HR why did you schedule my interview even after knowing my expectations..

I have a second round interview with a saas company selling education software. This interview will be a 30 minute zoom call with the VP of sales. I am someone from a non- traditional background with 2 years of sales-ish roles but no experience in tech sales and no straight forward sales job.
