This current job hunt has been so exhausting. I’m seeing so many positions paying less than what I currently make but wanting twice my experience. Has anyone else noticed this?

For example: paying 70-100k but asking for 15+ years direct experience, PMP, people management, etc etc

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. I’ve built a reputation I’m proud of @ my company. I’m underpaid for what I do (started as an intern) & recently asked for a market adjustment. Management acknowledged that I’m undervalued & plans to set me up for a promotion. It’d come with more responsibility, which doesn’t align with my goals.

Is it wise for me to remain open to a promotion just for increased pay? Or should I be transparent with management about my goals (& possibly not get the pay I’m asking for)? Or any other tips?

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year.
