So I typically don’t answer the EEO questions at the end of applications that ask for race and gender. Lately I’ve noticed companies following up via email for this information after I submit the application. Am I the only one who does this? Does it even matter? Any thoughts on the follow up emails asking for the information after the application has already been submitted?

Hi everyone, I need your advice. I've been interviewing with MBB and Tier 2 firms over the past few years. However I was never well prepared for case studies. I now decided to take 6-8 months and seriously prepare for cases/mental math and try them again next year. I currently have Victor Chengs book and few others. What else would you recommend for me? Leaving VC in SF after 4 years, spent 2 years in IBD. Got industry offer for Director level role in strategy / Corp dev M&A at a late stage pre-IPO unicorn (Series D+) at a MCOL city. 200 base, 20% bonus, additional 40k/yr options. So $280K range all in starting. I’m currently making $250K in VC here in Bay Area. Job is in a MCOL T2 city (Boston/Dallas/Austin/Chicago) so I won’t be living in expensive Bay Area. Evaluate my offer please!
I received an offer from one of the MBBs (Analyst position - banking benchmarks team). The offer briefly mentions that I'd receive performance bonus, but doesnt mention any range (% bracket). Nor does the compensation structure has any component of Performance Bonus (which is usually a part of TC) Should I ask the recruiter on this? What to do? Thanks in advance!

My bipolar father has ruined our whole family's lives. He won't take his medicine, keeps having episodes, and only cares about himself. I only feel hatred when I am around him or see his face. He has made us miserable. I don't know how to deal anymore. He doesn't even know me anymore, he doesn't know any of us, but will put up an act in front of the world.
