Is it worth exploring contract to hire position at Walmart while I am currently a FTE at a product company (average salary and decent workload)? I made the error of telling a recruiter my minimum preference of salary when she asked target salary. She confirmed that’s in line with the role pay scale plus a small bonus. The employer now made me an offer for this exact amount & small bonus.

Would you feel comfortable telling HR that your service line’s culture sucks and name the individuals who cause it?
