Any advice on meeting remote colleagues for the first time at an event? Feeling super insecure about in person interactions after 2 plus years working remote and forgot what working in person even feels like. What do I do with my hands? It is seriously giving me a ton of anxiety thinking that I will be awkward AF since I’ve never met these people IRL and I need to come off confident etc

Is $60k base plus commission too low of an income for a senior healthcare recruiter position ?
I was just offered an RN II position at Stanford Hospital’s B3 unit for $84/hour. Are there any RNs out there who can tell me what it’s like working on the unit and if it’s worth leaving my job for? I love my current job, my schedule and the people. I have no problems with it except that it’s 1.5 hours away from my family and it pays $25/hour less than Stanford.
Also, do you think it’s too late to ask if I can visit the unit before I make my decision? Thanks in advance.
We know that sooner or later, most of the companies will start calling employees back in office to work.
Many of us find it easy to WFH/Remote. (Well many might like the opposite or hybrid and that's totally okay)
But If you were called by your employer and you convince that you can work better from home and agreed to extend or convert you to remote..!
Share Tips(😉)/insights on this (if it works or not to help out)
Thanks in advance. 🙂

I'm getting my brother autographed Panthers memorabilia for christmas, but I'm the gay son in the family who knows nothing about football... So we've got someone named D.J. Moore, another named Terrance Marshall Jr., Luke Kuechly, and Robbie Anderson. None of these names are doing anything for me, nor do any of the stats mean anything to me when I look up their names on Google. Do any of these names ring a bell to you, and which ones would be the coolest for a signed helmet/jersey?

Is anyone interested in taking over the lease for a top floor 3 bed 2 bath, 1500 SQ ft apartment in a newly built complex in Plaza Midwood? The lease runs through Sept 2023. It's one of the nicest complexes in the city, has close proximity to Uptown, and has excellent amenities (e.g. CrossFit style gym, two pools, dog park, on site complimentary cafe, etc.). My unit has an ideal layout for work from home and a huge patio.
Edit: $3,196/mo including valet trash pickup ($35) and pest control ($4)

Spectrum sucks. My current apartment makes me use it but I previously had Google fiber and was very pleased with the service. Switch if you can.
Funny, mine is basically perfect. I had Google Fiber but it was almost double what I pay now.
I want to complain about spectrum … but they haven’t given me a reason to. My service is perfectly okay. No issues except a small blip in service on rare occasions that is tied to bad weather
Yes its always been terrible. But its one of the only places I can get in my apartment complex. I really wish we had google fiber here.
