This is a message to companies that create job titles for their employees:

When you use job titles for your employees that are not representative of their daily tasks and actual role, you're doing them a disservice given they'd like to find another job in the future. I see this a lot in product where an employee may be doing an associate product manager or product owner role but is labeled as a business analyst. If you can't afford to pay what their actual title is, rethink your business

They either think I am not knowledgeable enough for a particular task or just that I am good at doing some non-technical/manual task.
