How does one find Client side positions?
This is my first time working with a client using the COSO framework. Before elevating my inquiry to my seniors, I would like to confirm my understanding of how this exercise works.
Prior working papers are telling me that client should establish its compliance with the five components of the framework, correct? How rigid should I be in performing this?
To be fair, I was provided with a reading material but it’s a pretty hefty read.

Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance.Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.
LTI and Mindtree merger planned on 6 May as per media report . The brand name Mindtree will be dissolved. Seems appraisal discussions and hike is pending due to this event.
Don't expect good hike and people who can sense the future work culture , will start looking for the change now

I like to share ideas early and often. Let people into the process. If you’re at the final review before the client presentation and people are still not on the same page, that to me signals a need for more transparency/communication.
This. I put the rough thinking casually in front of the key stakeholders outside of any official internals before we even get to the final internal. It allows me to have time to react and direct accordingly. If there are objections or flags early on I can either build a strong case for the direction or I can correct course. The final internal should be more of a run through of the presentation rather than a vetting of ideas because by that time it’s usually too late.
It’s a sign of incompetent planners. The discovery stage in the strategic planning phase is where wild assumptions are supposed to be tested and vetted. It should all come together into a focused strategy that satisfies all parties and inspires good creative. Then the creatives can run from a great starting point with the clients already feeling involved.
