Being an ACD that’s over 40, I feel people wonder why am I not a CD or ECD yet. I was a late bloomer in advertising, didn’t aggressively chase advancement, and made the mistake of staying at agencies way too long, so I climbed up slowly.

For example, I had these things on my list: - buy house - laser hair removal - invest in the market - good job (could be better, but ok for now) - buy car - finish qualification - travel
Is there an easy way to figure out which cities Delta flies to direct from Philadelphia? Hi 🐠! If I had received a 221g in the past, do I need to say “Yes” to have you been refused a visa in the past while filling out the DS-160 form? The visa was approved after they had asked for a few additional documents.
Worth it to pay $450 for the delta Reserve? I already have CSR/Spg Amex, but I think I need the 10k bonus to get to platinum this year

Hi! For people who have started with EY US recently, how long did it take you from signing the offer, completing background check, to transferring H1B visa? I'm supposed to start in mid-Jan and trying to gauge the timeline so I can put in notice with my current company and plan other stuff. Given that holiday is coming and EY immigration seems pretty slow. TIA!
if I just don't show up at the client site, would I get fired immediately? Would I get severance?
Hello Fishes. I have received positive feedback from KPMG interviews for consultant position and have submitted documents. I was told I will be getting a call from HR for negotiation in a day or two and then final offer letter will be rolled out. It has been 4 working days and I haven't been contacted yet. Has anyone faced such delay? Or Is it something I should be concerned about?

I have a final interview with another firm. Was told the only open question is about whether I’d come in as Senior Consultant/ Associate or Manager. How should I present my case for manager? Quite frankly, I’d be fine with coming in as SC, but the difference in compensation is too significant to not aim for M.
CDC's current best estimate is that 35% of Covid infections are asymptomatic and mortality rate for symptomatic infections is only 0.4%. Hindsight is 20/20, but this was all a huge overreaction and not worth the economic cost and long-term negative impact of shutting everything down. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/hcp/planning-scenarios.html
