First post- I’ve been working at a $50M family office for three years, and in that time I’ve helped start/acquire/grow a number of small businesses, reporting directly to the CEO. My duties have ranged from accounting, DD, operations consulting, and relationship mgmt with our portcos’ executive teams. My job is so unlike traditional corporate jobs that I’m not sure where my experience would best fit elsewhere. Any thoughts/suggestions?

How is everyone staying motivated at work while going through fertility treatments? On days when I have appts or get my period, all I want to do is google and read forums about it. My utilization is tanking (not because I’m blowing off work, but because I need to find and take on new work) but can’t get the energy to). Our 6th grade schedule changed this year & our 45 min Flex period is now first thing in the morning. Students who have signed up for instrumental and chorus are pulled that block but it’s supposed to be “intervention” for the others. I’m in charge of our school incentive program for this upcoming year to keep the kids into virtual learning. We are distance learning until at least October. I can not think of incentives for distance learning! Also, does anyone have a good platform for monitoring PBIS type behaviors? I know about Class Dojo, but know there are others....
