Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. My questions are

1) What will be the in-hand in the above organisations as per the CTC offering
2) Which 1 will be better ( in terms of job security, employee policy, work culture, learning, overall aspects)

My confession is that I have seen the medical field change so much over the past 20 years, that it's unrecognizable in both good and bad ways. More people are leaving than staying, and I am worried the quality of care is dwindling.
