You can workout very early before sehri.
Or you can do my method and work out right before iftar and then spend the last 5 minutes laying on the floor dying until you break your fast.
I also switch my actual lifts from 5x5’s to 3x3’s to maintain whilst managing the lack of food and water.
I do it right before iftar, and in maintenance mode. Before suhoor makes me really tired throughout the day and after iftar there’s not enough time to pray taraweeh and sleep etc.
The key to a successful Ramadan is to get enough sleep. Usually you get about 4-5 hours between taraweeh and suhoor so you gotta find a way to squeeze in 3-4 hours during the day.
Same here.
I make sure to eat enough food after breaking, and then wait at least an hour before working out. I make sure to drink enough water as well.
I load up on carbs.
I have wondered this as well. I am with you. I am so exhausted that I usually just skp working out.
