My Indian Passport is expiring on June 1,2022 and I’m planning my India trip in December and getting my visa stamped too. Will it be an issue while traveling back to US in Jan first week since validity of the passport would be less than 6 months. Anybody faced similar situation? Any suggestions?
Hello everyone, I am planning to go to my home country (india) in December for 3 weeks. I want to see if anyone has been home recently and have been able to get their h-1B visa stamped? I am going to renew my visa so I only need a Dropbox. Have people been able to find Dropbox appointments? Thanks for any inputs!

I'm sorry if this has been talked about before. Is it true that once you start the perm process you are stuck with your company till you get a green card? If you want to switch in the middle of the process do you have to start with perm all over again? I've tried to read about this but there is so much confusing info.
Fellow EY folks: how did you initiate PERM request? I don’t see an option to do so in the immigration portal. Do we need to email someone to get the process started? TIA

Finally we have a major company not give into public pressure and cancel culture, Netflix and Chapelle. I've been saying this for the last couple years, why do companies go along with the stupidity? Just say no we're not going to cancel something or someone because it hurt your feelings. Im sure the rest of the world will move on.

I joined B4 after college in 2019 and ever since working as QA, mainly manual/ functional testing. Can't see any progress work wise in same projects/teams. Before job, I wasn't a complete nerd but I did have some sense of programming so I wish to use that in my real life work in future. Can someone suggest how should I use my spare time so as to not be stuck in manual testing or testing itself? I'm somewhat lost when thinking of career progression after maybe next 5 years.

Have anyone done contracting negotiations before? I've interviewed for co A & B and co A extended an offer today. The offer does not meet my current salary. Co B's interview structure is 3 rounds and I've finished my 2nd round today. The recruiter mentioned that since I am a contractor my current salary is incomparable as they will provide benefits, etc. Is this true? I have 2 yrs of contracting HR exp from fortunate 500 co’s & OMW to get my SHRM-CP. Appreciate your advice in advance.
