This is interesting and scary and is something we should all be made aware of. Thought I’d share

I am drawn to this article for personal reasons. At the end of 19/beg of 2020 I was diagnosed w breast ca. This in and if itself is sadly a very common diagnosis as I later learned. 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed in their lifetime and that number is higher in black and grown communities as well as other groups.
Because of underlying conditions I had been dealing w since young adult, lupus and clotting disorder, my medical issues have just set me back since my ca diagnosis.
I’m hoping everyone will read this. I believe our food and environment plays a major role in our health, something I’m learner later in life. I also believe some of us will get hit harder than others, for whatever reason. Had I known about this in my 20s and made recommended changes, could have I avoided a breast da diagnosis? I can’t say, but I would have loved the opportunity to mitigate my chances.
I hope it doesn’t take too long before we can change this trend (food/environment related diseases) of toxicity; in the mean time we have to be aware of what we’re up against. Please read!
