Have teachers with no experience and qualifications getting a raise. Bottom line I’m annoyed and frustrated. By the way owner is using my qualifications to cover two school locations but refuses to raise although I need it. Now I want to leave. Am I overreacting?

I am having 6 YOE. Tech stack is Angular or React + Node. I am currently holding an offer from Nagarro with 22 LPA. Is it good as per industry standards or should I keep on searching for the counter?

I am also looking for good WLB and job security into consideration.

Working on applications for academic positions (tenure-track), and finding it extremely difficult to write a research statement that is not too close to my current research that hiring faculty would think I lack originality, but also not too far-fetched/unrealistic or on topics that I find interesting but has insufficient knowledge/expertise.

Puppy tries to 'nip' hard when I pull him away from something dangerous, albeit, fun for him. Otherwise he is very very gentle. Any recommendations on how to correct that behavior? 8 week old mini goldendoodle.

Has anyone booked hotel rooms though Bring Fido? Is it better doing that or through hotel directly?
