I have accepted and submitted all the docs for Morgan Stanley BGV process, for additional docs , I got mail from the csi bgv team, I provided all the requested documents and also got confirmation mail back, like thanks for providing the docs.

Can anyone tell me what the next step is? Will I get any confirmation mail like successfully completed BGV or anything. I am a little bit confused.

Now for +1.5 yrs I'm working as a Data Analyst. Coming from a non-coding background, I think not much opportunities are available for me to grow in this field. Does it bother anybody else to see “Your designs are pixel perfect” in job descriptions? Nobody’s going to be perfect all the time. Stop expecting that of people.

Please provide me your thoughts about error messages. Do you think the average user knows what 404, 401, 501 errors mean? Do you think they care? Would you just explain the problem and solution (my preference)? Or would you also educate them about the code?
