My bosses are providing me with new opportunities, but I also feel like my work the past few months hasn’t been the best and I’ve made mistakes along the way. I feel like I’m one step from them realizing i’m not as good as they think I am. I’m not sure if I need a break or a career change.

Could anyone tell me what the salary brackets are for SA at PwC Deals? I’m over my company. I just recently got passed over for a promotion to a level 8 manager position. Weird thing is it is for the team I am on. I been on this team for several years and I’m the lead developer pretty much in my role. It’s ETL btw. The hiring manager said I can do the role definitely but the reason they went with someone else was they had more breadth. Anyone has thoughts on situation and/or know some good companies I should check out with roles in data?

Does anyone else feel unfulfilled in their job, but you’ve decided to stick it out because of the COVID market?
Remote vs in person for software developers in their early career. I started my career in 2021 fully remote. After the office opened again in 2022, I was able to learn a lot about the system from other people in the office and solve bugs faster. Without a doubt made my job easier. Lots of my colleagues still work from home in 2022. I can’t see why they are making it harder for themselves on purpose. I’m fairly confident they can afford to get to the office because they have teslas and shit.
My wife and I haven’t had sex in 3 years. We both hate this marriage, but I refuse to give up. It’s because I love her and don’t want her to be hurt, but I deep down know we are better of as friends

Hello all, I’m wondering if anyone has tips on creating a resume for director level positions. I have a few questions that I would really appreciate some advice on. 1) How far back should I take my professional experience? Right to the beginning, about 5 - 6 jobs in 20 years, or just some recent ones? 2) Does it help to add skills in there too? 3) Should I mentions any awards I received that are actually from a different industry than what I’m applying to? Thank you in advance.
