Very bad behaviour of pwc
They asked details for interview by third party recruiting team.
And then after 1 2 weeks, didn't ask me for a date and time, booked the slot themselves.
And I thought that maybe I can try and adjust, but when I attended the interview, no one actually joined the interview.
I stayed for 15 minutes.
I mailed the HR 2 times since then, but no response. This is so unprofessional PwC PwC India

What do you think of that new Kia logo?

How effing degrading to make your top performing underwriters do this instead of paying an actual bonus.
That’s an interesting contest coming from what I’m assuming is an insurance company. What’s the chance of risk for that happening? And very much to your point on those with disabilities or they’re just not able to do that.
If this isn't bad enough, I can give you several other reasons to run from "The" Hartford. I'm curious to hear who your other two, top three are.
This has to be misunderstood. No competent manager would ever let this go, never-mind HR.
I waas literally just thinking this. It makes no sense. I doubt this was interpreted correctly.
Are you sure there’s no bonus?
Completely agree that an actual bonus would be so much better! I thought (from word of mouth) they did give bonus’ as well. Also, coming from a carrier that only took their top UW’s to dinner (no bonus), something is better than nothing and often these ideas are created by managers with good intentions to recognize their employees while they work to convince actual decision makers that the bonus’ should be provided for top UW’s. Just for a laugh, if I was disabled and I won, I would ask my manager to run me around in a wheelchair ;)
Sounds really stupid. What about the people who can't/don't want to travel right now? So they are just SOL?

From what you can see in the email, it’s only 14 people who qualified for the “opportunity” to run around a warehouse and grab stuff off shelves for their performance in some competition… and the black/white text commentary points out how this automatically excludes anyone with a disability (most physical at least).
The underlying issue is companies thinking that this is what people want. Like this is a performance incentive? Hard pass!
I hope that this doesn’t mean there were no bonuses. If this was an extra “bonus” on top of regular bonuses and the intent for it was to be a fun trip to Chicago with this little shopping spree included (and it was optional), then maybe I kind of get it. I’m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt here, but I’m struggling.
I’m also sure it’s pretty much taxable so what a great bonus
Wow.
Wait this cannot be real!?!
Well I love the idea of a supermarket sleep tape opportunity, it is very cringe when it comes to somebody working their butts off and getting zero appreciation for it
