I am looking to create a small discord group for new creative and strategists who may be struggling creatively to get together. I hope that together, we can support each other.

At the moment, I am only seeing this being a small group of 5-10 people that way everyone can bond closely.

Looking for Friendly & supportive people only please.

Well here is a new issue I am troubleshooting today. We have an ADA reasonable accommodation request for gluten free cookies at the reception after the holiday talent show for an employee with celiac disease. I think we might be required to grant this request. Employee has the same right to access the benefits of employment with us as everyone else - here that benefit would be baked goods at the reception. I suppose celiac impairs a major life function - eating, and is a disability. Thoughts?

I need to get this out there. Unless you literally work as an actually model (wannabe instagram influencer doesn’t count)/actor/ actress, there is no reason why your LinkedIn profile picture should look like a high school senior photo wanna-be-glam shot.

Does anyone else feel that the more content someone puts in their LinkedIn headline, the more full of it they are? I say this as someone with a bunch of stuff lol but at least it’s all at one company and accurate.

I’m talking mostly about two kinds of people. 1. The influencer who is actually unemployed, but lists 25 BS things they do
2. The brand collector, who writes “ex-“ for every former company they worked at and school they went to. Maybe less full of it but still insufferable.
