I want to get into Real Estate Law - as a NY attorney I know it should be relatively easy to get my real estate brokers license and I’m also considering a 1 year LLM in Real estate law, is the LLM worth it or should I just continue applying to real estate attorney jobs?

FL peoples: I signed a lease for a new place to start May 1 as my current landlord sold the unit I'm in. Turns out, the buyer wants to keep renting the unit and asked if I want to stay. Of course I want to stay. My new lease hasn't started so I'm pretty sure I can easily back out. For the new lease, I'm still pending full approval from a condo association as I have to do an in person interview. I have paid first months rent in advance. Is there anyway to get that money back?

When it comes to legal citations, do you guys italicize or underline case names?

At what point do you begin to feel numb (if ever) when you’re done trial and prepping for another trial in a span of 3 months, while mains full caseload of other active litigation cases? Should I be worried that I’m going from engaged and stress to numb and slightly indifferent? Or is this what it feels like to power through? I can’t gauge it anymore? And can’t impose judgment one way or another either.

I got this invite shortly after. The place I’m interviewing at the job wouldn’t start til next year. I dont want to seem like a job hopper. Do i tell them I’m at a new role or just not bring it up? This isn’t really an interview question but more of an on-boarding question.
Bit of background- I left my job of 3 years in Dec 2021 for a new company. Initially, I thought the company was great but my mind quickly changed. The on-boarding process was horrible, minimal training, thrown onto enterprise project 2 weeks in, over time, and there is no process for anything. I ended up hating my job.

Fast forward to Mid March, I started applying for jobs again but I omitted this role.

I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. I'd like to send another email today (to the hiring mgr and recruiter) reiterating my interest along with a list of references. Thoughts on sending the references without them asking? I don't do well with panel interviews and I'm hoping they look past that and check my references.

I have an interview for a Principal Renewals Manager role at Slack/Salesforce this Wednesday and I was hoping for some advice on how I can wow them? Ive done a lot of research and made loads of notes but get very nervous in interviews and dont always articulate how I would want to / say everything I want to cover. I accepted an offer from Cognizant for a consultant position a little less than a month ago. My joining date is 5th September and I would need visa sponsorship. I have completed my pre joining formalities and background verification. The thing is I haven’t heard from HR in a while and no update as yet on visa sponsorship process. Should I be worried?

I started interviewing early Oct with a company that reached out via recruiter. The hiring manager was very straight forward with me that I was his top candidate and I was told all other interviews were very positive incl CMO. The recruiter said they'd be making an offer but it's now been three weeks. Anyone else had the process drag on like this? Is it a red flag when a recruiter talks about unrealistic benefits like getting a chance to fly to another state just to visit the client HQ all expense-free? Or is it really a thing? Let me know if you have experience like this.
