I am an associate at a small firm and was licensed last fall. I clerked at this firm through law school, so I knew most of the partners before starting as an attorney full time, except some of the new ones we have acquired since. I have several cases that I am the only responsible attorney on and quite frankly, feel like I have no clue what I’m doing half the time. Gave 3 rounds of interviews with Rubrik. No feedback got a call saying you got rejected thats it. Don't candidates deserve a chance to know their feedback you might think I am writing this out of spite but this happens in most of the companies In my case, I was 100% sure about how I performed in the interview because all the questions asked were one or the other way from one of many inteviews I attend. I was able to answer every question discussed and shared my thoughts while writing the code.

I had an interview a month ago. Checked in 2 days after the interview, and then 2 weeks later. Recruiter said no updates, but she will be in touch. It's now been 2 more weeks. Can I follow up again? Or will she be bothered since she said she would keep me posted. Seems like a long time for silence, but maybe I'm just impatient.
