30F. In the last 2 weeks I started working out again after months of being pretty sedentary. I may have gone too hard but after I completed an OTF class on Thursday, I started having sporadic stabbing chest pain in the middle of my chest. It comes and goes and is excruciating. These antibody tests are conerningly inconsistent. These are not valid tests to screen for active infections, and are maybe not even that useful yet for recovered infections
