In PWC HR mentioned that u will get minimum 8% Variable Pay and that can go upto 20% based on your performance. How do I get better at editing? I feel like I’m always missing really small stuff. Spell check is not the problem. It’s more repeated words or missing words. Sometimes a comma. The partner tells me to line edit, but it gets a little difficult when you edit your own work several times. I also have tried to print out my work.
