I have been eating clean for past three weeks and lost ~2 kgs. On Saturday, I had three cheat meals with lots of carbs + sugary drinks ! On Sunday, I had one meal with lots of carbs + fats + sugar ! Today on Monday, I hd a big slice of carrot cake with thyme cream dressing. I am feeling very very bad and feeling like entire three weeks’ effort went down the drain. Do you have any tips for me to make up for this? Thanks

I’ve been trying to lose this pandemic weight gain. A few years ago, I was able to lose 30lbs through calorie deficit and working out all the time. Went from 150->120. Stayed this weight for years cuz I was maintaining and going to gym. Then last year, I gained 20 lbs and I feel like I am regaining all my weight. I’ve been hitting so many bumps in the “road” to the point I can’t work, I’m emotionally fully stressed out. Yet in my head i punish myself for being lazy because I take many breaks just to breathe or meditate/walk around. Nothing seems to be helping. Do I need a therapist?

Just switched from counting calories to trying to maintain a calorie deficit by just mental estimates. I've been in a caloric deficit for around 2 months and I just found it so annoying to enter everything in my fitness pal even if it was 2 strawberries. It was ruining my relationship with food and adding a lot of stress. This is my first time not counting obsessively so I would greatly appreciate any advice for going forward

I don’t understand what to do to lose weight. F/30 years old. From 18-27 I did all the diets (OMAD, keto, IF, only eating 1200-1300/day with workouts 5-7x/wk) before realizing it was f’ing up my relationship with food. Switched to weight lifting, mindful eating w/balanced plates the past 3 yrs but gained all the weight I’d lost with the diets + some. I’ve returned to calorie counting (though staying above 1400) and I’m within 10lb of my goal but my progress yo-yos each week. Feel discouraged 😞

Anyone experience general soreness in the back of their knees? I’ve never tore an ACL or other ligament, I just have general soreness in the back of both knees (one is pronounced than the other but it’s both). What are some possible causes and fixes?
