I’ve been taking 70mg vyvanse and 20mg non time release adderol for years now. And I definitely still take more pills than prescribed. Yea I like the slight rush I get but in general I have bad anxiety and am out of energy if I don’t take anything. I get paralyzed to do the most simple things without the meds. I can’t help but take more than I’m supposed to, has anyone successfully quit meds and still was able to focus, have motivation, and energy?

My Background: I'm a Fulltstack web developer. I started out working in private service based companies for say 2 years. Later, I got opportunity via CGA (Compassionate Ground Appointment) in Railways as J.E. -I.T.. I got this job almost in another 2 years. It took some delay because of documents, in the meantime I started doing freelancing in I.T. and was earning 70k-80k per month. Railway gives me around 50k per month. Upstairs neighbor is super loud because he has full hard wood floors and walks around like he doesn’t care.
