I need some help. I need to lose 40 lbs. 5’2, 170 lbs. i started working out more but then stopped because I was miserable doing it. Decided to focus on diet and I just end up binge eating. WFH also makes it harder to be active esp when working out (the cardio at least) makes me so miserable. I do walks sometimes but that obviously doesn’t burn enough to mean much. At this point idk what to do. Keto helped in the past but now I can’t even find the drive to do that! What do I do?

I just want to hear the explanation for why staff who started during COVID are doing so badly on average (and I have heard this from every level including staff themselves) from the pro 100 percent work from home people. If you agree it’s real, what is your solution? If it can’t be fixed, are we just accepting that the people we expect to backfill our positions aren’t going to be ready?

Since wfh I have PMs, who have moved to the East Coast voluntarily, push banal meetings earlier and earlier. They aren't even client calls, they're creative check-ins that could simply be planned better. What recourse can I take here? Who do I flag this to?

My son just turned one a few months ago and moved into the toddler class with other 1-2 year olds.

I knew this age would mean lots of bruises as he navigates walking and actually playing and engaging with other kids. But it seems like every week he has another bruise. Honestly more like every other day. Arms, legs, head, and even back.

I recently started a new job in house. Previously I’ve been at two other companies in house prior. I am in my 8th year of practice and have only done L&E during all previous jobs. I love L&E and was told this new role would be L&E.

Flash forward to starting- the role is 0% L&E and they have me doing contracts, data privacy, IP….I never would’ve taken the role if I would’ve known this is the actual area of law they were going to give me work in but I hate my new job and don’t know what to do.
