I really like working remotely. I feel like I’m much more productive.
But some point of time, we will miss this office culture. I started my career as WFH, that went for few years. I never got chance to see how the office was and team. Luckily I joined a company, where got opportunity to work with team. I felt this life was mix of experience, but again from last 2 years WFH. I am joining a company, which has given 100% wfh. Productivity will come in any way, but we also need to be social and healthy mind. Social has become just virtual.
It’s a rough adjustment for sure. I didn’t think I would miss the office as much as I do.
Well said. The pandemic has taken so much from all of us.
True true.. we bring normal associates miss all of these, but you being a Manager, need more off time, hence you can relate better! 🤕
I am loving WFH!
DITTOOOO
Only those will miss the office culture especially in terms of what you explained, who used to meet their colleagues only in office and they don't have real friends. Not all but i meet many of my colleagues and i don't miss anything like above. Additional i feel i am more productive, i got awards only in this period which i never got before. I utilise alot more time in my learning and development than in office days, that time I always use to think that i can't now learn new things as i don't have time and i use to be tired mostly that to unnecessary.
Some of us had to travel for work.. 5 Star hotels, company expense through and through. When you're platinum on the airlines, and the major hotel chains, working from anywhere is next level. There relationships formed through personal meetings is what is still carrying business forward. WFH took all that away sadly. And i have always had a hybrid, work from anywhere scenario, so office was a non mandatory, enjoyable thing, worth the travel, 1-3 times a week.
Exactly
Everything has positive and negative impact. It's upto u how u are seeing it. I am very happy with wfh and wishing it should never end. Positive I can spend time with family, not wasting 3-4hours in traffic, don't have to see the faces of fake people, can work based on my time, can give more time in work etc etc so I don't want to go back in offices
