Is it mandatory to visit the office on the last working day to complete exit formalities and submit IT assets? If yes, how much time would the process take?

There wouldn't be any pre/post resignation actions from your end. Just inform your manager that you have decided to resign and submit your resignation in the e-exit portal. That's it.

I received an answer to my above question from my HR SPOC. There is no more option to courier the IT assets and employees must handover the assets by visiting EY GDS office.

Does anyone know if you could file a non-automatic and an automatic change on the same 3115? I have a situation where a non-automatic change needs to be filed to move items from building to 5 and 15 year property as a result of a cost seg. Also want to do the automatic change from 40 to 30 years ADS for Residential Real Property under 163j. Missed the deadline to file the non-automatic in 2020 and doesn’t make sense to do the 40 to 30 change first.

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

Btw, I have been interviewed for 6 rounds in Citrix and waiting to hear from them.

I joined EY in the mid of October. I didn’t get any email to update the bank details in greytHR portal.If I try to access it, it throws than error that I don’t access to login .But, I have updated on success factor portal.

Will I receive the salary this month? Or do we need to specifically update in greytHR portal only then salary will be processed?

Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.
