I currently work on the account management side at an agency and looking for some professional development tools/courses to help our account managers (and myself) with project management skills. Anything you would recommend? I know about Google’s course. Anything else?

I could use some recommendations for creating a dedicated social management team to oversee everything organic but also who can partner with paid media team. I’ve been asked to help put thoughts together on what team could look like but I don’t know how many people it truly takes and what a general day to day looks like. I have an idea but I’m second guessing myself since I’ve never done it.

Am I being a jerk here? Someone keeps buying plastic pools for the dog park. How much do you usually spend on sitters? I’m out of town over the week of Christmas and can’t take my pup with me so just wanted to see if anybody had recommendations. I’ve used Rover a few times but I hate all the extra fees!

My golden doodle just doesn’t eat - we’ve tried so many foods and he ends up getting super super cranky, aggressively barks, then we end up feeding him by hand, mixing yogurt in, sprinkling cheese on top. He knows he’s hungry and has food in the bowl, but just goes insane!

Anyone struggle with “intimacy time” as a result of their dog being unable to be in a separate room?

My dog HATES being in a room by himself and will always howl and claw at the door until he’s let in. No amount of food/treats will deter him until he succeeds in getting that door open and into the same room as me.
